Tarak Mehta Kka Chhota Chashmah
In this project, I took the helm as the production manager for the animated series "Tarak Mehta Kka Chhota Chashma" on Netflix, specifically overseeing the creation of the episode titled "Smart Saloon Chair." Leveraging cutting-edge technology, the episode was animated using Motion Capture (Mocap) techniques and implemented in Unreal Engine 4.
Leading a dedicated team of 100 professionals, I successfully orchestrated the entire production process. Remarkably, we accomplished the full episode within a condensed timeline of 1.5 months, effectively reducing the production time by an impressive 40%. This project not only showcased innovation in animation techniques but also demonstrated efficient project management, resulting in the timely delivery of a high-quality animated episode.

Play with Mighty Little Bheem" is a mobile application crafted exclusively for children, offering a delightful gaming experience inspired by the animated series "Mighty Little Bheem.
In this project, my role centered on game design, specifically for three engaging games: Red Balloon, Hiccups, and Honeybee. Drawing inspiration from the animated series, I meticulously designed each game to align with the preferences and interests of the target audience.
